Educational/Technical Qualification and Experience:
For the post of Assistant Engineer, candidates must hold a B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electronics &Telecom / Electrical / Mechanical /Aeronautical / Instrumentation /Aerospace / IT / Computers or any allied branch. The candidate should hold 3 years experience in relevant field.
For the post of Chief of Personnel, candidates must hold Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Personnel Management or equivalent. The candidates should  have 5 years of experience.
For the position of Head of Marketing, candidates should hold a 2 years Masters Degree in Business Administration with Marketing or its equivalent with 7 years of experience.
For the position of Chief of IT, candidates must hold a B.E / B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering or its equivalent in Electronics I Telecom /Electrical/ Instrumentation / IT / Computer Science. The candidates should also have 5 years of experience.

For the post of AGM Revenue Management, candidates must have MBA in Marketing and 5 years of experience.
For the Manager Corporate Communication, the candidates must hold Masters Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and 5 years of relevant experience.
For the post of Manager Reservation Procedures/ Manager Sales & Marketing, the candidates must be Graduate and 5 years of experience in Aviation sector in handling Passenger Reservation systems.
For the post of Officer, the candidates should hold MBA in Marketing and should have 2 years of experience.
