7th pay commission latest news today: Government jobs are most sought after for all career minded youth. This is because the salary is excellent and the job itself is secure and the responsibility is one of nation-building. Here is an opportunity that has been announced now for all to apply for Ministry of Textiles (Govt. of India) has invited applications for the posts of Junior Quality Assurance Officer, Junior Investigator and Upper Division Clerk. Interested candidates who are eligible for the posts can apply through the offline process latest by 31 October 2019. Interestingly, the selected candidates will get the pay scale according to 7th CPC. In addition to pay, the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to the Textiles Committee’s employees from time to time which is at par with those admissible to the employees of Central Government.

7th Pay Commission Pay Scale :
For Junior Quality Assurance Officer (Lab) –Group C, the candidates will be offered pay scale as per 7th pay commission, Level 5 (Rs. 29,200 to Rs 92,300) in pay matrix.

For Junior Investigator –Group C, the candidates will be offered pay scale as per 7th pay commission, Level 5 (Rs. 29,200/-to Rs. 92,300/-) in pay matrix.

For Upper Division Clerk –Group C, the candidates will be offered pay scale as per 7th pay commission, Level 4 (Rs. 25,500/-to Rs. 81,100/-) in pay matrix.

Eligibility Criteria:
Junior Quality Assurance Officer (Lab): Bachelor degree in Science OR Technology from any recognized university or institutions OR Diploma in Textiles Chemistry/Technology with 02 years of working experience in Textile.

Junior Investigator: Graduate degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce. Candidates having post graduate degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce will be preferred. Experience in data collection is desirable.

Upper Division Clerk: Graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Candidates having experience in the government sector or any commercial firm is desirable.

Age limit:
Candidate applying for the post should be between the age limit of 19 – 25 years for Junior Quality Assurance Officer/ Upper Division Clerk, 22 – 28 years for Junior Investigator as on 31st Oct 2019. Also, age relaxation will be given as per the government norms
