7th Pay Commission Latest News Today: The Railway Ministry (Railway Ministry) has noticed a big flaw in the salary paid to employees. This will help those employees who got promotion before 1 January 2016. These employees are Chief Loco Inspectors. In fact, since 1 January 2016, they were getting less salary than junior officers. Railway Ministry has ordered to remove this pay gap.

The copy of Railway Ministry's order is with Zee Business. It says that that the loco pilot hired before January 1, 2016, became Chief Loco Inspector after getting promotion. But their salary is less than loco pilots recruited after 1 January 2016.
