7th pay commission latest news: Reports have it that employees will get their salaries on the basis of the Seventh Pay Commission system! Saibaba Sansthan will be paying its employees as per 7th Pay Commission norms. The trust on Thursday has announced its decision to give all its employees salaries as per the 7th CPC, which was implemented by the central and state governments for their employees. The arrears of the employees will be paid in cash in the current month according to a spokesperson of the trust.

"The Trust has decided to implement this decision retrospectively from 1st January 2016. Arrears of the employees will be paid in cash in the current month,'' Saibaba Sansthan Trust spokesperson said on Thursday. 

As far as central and state government employees are concerned, they heard no new announcements about their pending demands on the 7th Pay Commission recommendations. The Union Budget 2019 was totally silent on the subject.

However both central and state government employees were expecting positive announcement on their long-pending demands of a hike in minimum pay and fitment factor. The employees have been demanding an increase in the fitment factor by up to 3.68 times.

Nevertheless, as far as Saibaba Sansthan employees are concerned,their getting be paid as per the 7th Pay Commission norms is definitely good news for them.
