UGC NET 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET) 2023 from February 21 to March 10, 2023. UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar made the announcement on Thursday on Twitter.

"Dates of Examination: 21 February 2023 to 10 March 2023. Best wishes to the prospective applicants," he tweeted.

The online registration will begin today, December 29, and will close on January 17,  2023.

The exam will be conducted in online mode across various Exam Centers in India.

UGC NET 2023 Exam Date
As per the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam will be held from February 21 to March 10, 2023.

UGC-NET Subjects List
As per the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam will be conducted in 83 subjects in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. These subjects are General Paper on Teaching & Research Aptitude, Political Science, History, Psychology, Philosophy, Home Science, Social Work, Commerce, Anthropology, Sociology, Music, Defence and Strategic Studies, Management, Maithili, Bengali, Hindi, Oriya, Spanish, Russian, French, Criminology, Tribal and Regional Language/Literature, Archaeology, Folk Literature, Sanskrit and 58 more.
