Maharashtra Board HSC Result 2020: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHE) has delcared class 12 results on mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, mahresult.nic.in. The overall pass percentage this year is 90.6 percent for HSC. To check the result, students are required to keep their admit card ready. The results will reflect on the website soon. The overall pass percentage of Science stream is 91.08 percent, the Commerce stream is 85.78 percent, Arts stream is 72.75 percent and Vocational is 74.89 percent. The result link for students will be activated at 1 pm.

There were different result dates doing round but the board has finally declared the result today, i.e. July 16. Once uploaded, the students can check the result through the official websites of the board.

Maharashtra Board HSC Result 2020: List of Websites

Once declared, the Maharashtra HSC exams 2020 results would be available at official websites: mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, mahresult.nic.in. The Maharashtra HSC Result 2020 will also be declared at mahresult.nic.in. The students can check the results using smartphones or through SMS. 

This year, a total of 15.05 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 exam and 17.65 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exam. The class 12 board examinations were conducted before the lockdown restrictions were imposed, only the geography paper of class 10 could not be conducted due to lockdown restrictions.

Maharashtra Board HSC Result 2020: Passing Marks 

According to Maharashtra Board, a student should secure at least 35 per cent marks in each subject to clear the state SSC and HSC exams. Once the results are announced, those who have cleared the exams will be issued with the original mark sheet, which needs to be collected by the students from their respective schools. The schools will distribute the mark sheet once get reopened.

Although Maharashtra is one of the most coronavirus-affected states, it started the evaluation of answer sheets from May 6 to June 19, 2020. The Mumbai division checked around 42 lakh answer sheets out of 50 lakh total sheets.
