JEE Mains 2021 Session 4: The JEE Mains 2021 session 4 exams starts from today, August 26, 2021. The admit cards for the exam are available to download from the official website of JEE Main at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Mains 2021 candidates must remember certain pointers before appearing for the exams tomorrow. The previous three sessions have been completed and the results have been declared.

The JEE Mains 2021 session 4 candidates must remember the following points:

1) The National Testing Agency (NTA) decided to increase the number of cities for JEE Mains from 232 to 334 and the number of exam centres from 660 to 828 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

2) The dates for JEE Mains 2021 session 4 are August 26, 27 and 31 and September 1 and 2. The exams will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will take place from 9 AM to 12 PM. The second shift will take place from 3 PM to 6 PM.

3) The JEE Mains 2021 session 4 candidates must be aware of the fact that for this final session of JEE Mains 2021, exams for for B.E./B.Tech. (Paper 1) and B.Arch. (Paper2A) / B.Planning  (Paper 2B) will be conducted.

4) The JEE Mains 2021 candidates appearing for paper 1 must note that the exam for this paper will be conducted in a computer-based test. The total marks for this paper will be 300 consisting of questions from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Each subject will be divided into two sections. From Section B, the candidates will have to attempt five out of 10 questions.

5) For paper 1, there will be negative marking of one mark for wrong answers in Section A. However, there will be no negative marking for Section B.

6) Now, for the candidates appearing for Paper 2A and Paper 2B, they must note that for Paper 2A (B.Arch), the subjects will be Mathematics (Part 1), Aptitude Test (Part 2) and Drawing Test (Part 3). The total marks will be 400. As for Paper 2B (B.Planning), the subjects are Mathemtics, Aptitude Test and Planning based objective type MCQs. The total marks for this paper also will be 400.

7) The JEE Mains 2021 session 4 candidates are advised to report at the Examination Center well in time, that is, two hours before commencement of the examination.

8) A seat indicating roll number will be allotted to each candidate. The candidates should find and sit on their allocated seat only in case of a candidate who changes room/hall or the seat on his/her own rather than the one allotted, the candidature shall be cancelled. No plea would be entertained in this regard.

9) A candidate should ensure that the question paper available on the computer is as per his/her opted subject indicated in the admit card. In case, the subject of question paper is other than his/her opted subject, the same may be brought to the notice of the Invigilator concerned.

10) For those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of test for any reason, retest shall not be held by the NTA under any circumstances.
