ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result: Due to the COVID-19 situation in the country, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) had cancelled the ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021, soon after CBSE cancelled CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The CISCE had also notified that a 'fair and unbiased criterion' will be followed for preparing the ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results. The students must keep an eye on the CISCE website at cisce.org for any latest updates.

As per a report by dnaindia.com, ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result will be based on the marks obtained in class 9 and class 10 by the students. Expectedly , the CISCE will soon announce the evaluation scheme for the ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results. If the media reports are to be believed, the CISCE has asked the schools to provide two types of marks – average marks of class 9 and the average marks of class 10. After that, CISCE will announce the assessment criteria for ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result.

Recently, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the assessment criteria for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. As per CBSE, 20 marks are allotted to internal assessment and 80 marks for the year-end board exams. The CBSE-affiliated schools will assess the 80 marks of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students based on the marks scored by the candidate in different tests/exams conducted by the school in the course of the year and the marks should be in consonance with the past performance of the school in CBSE Class 10 Board exams.

When the CISCE notified the cancellation of ICSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021, the notification stated, "The criterion on which basis the results will be declared for the ICSE (class X) students and the date of result declaration will be announced by the CISCE later."

As far as the CISCE ISC Class 12 Board Exam 2021 is concerned, a final decision on the conduct the Class 12 Board Exam 2021 will be taken by the first week of June.
