Darpan HS 1st Year Merit List: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has published the admission list and the waiting list for the HS first year admission. The candidates can check their results by logging in to the DARPAN portal at darpan.ahseconline.in.

The candidates must also note that they will get notification of their selection through SMS. After publication of Selection List, candidates will be allowed to select only one institution for admission using their Login 1D in the portal till September 7, 2021, until 11 PM. The candidates must note that they will not be allowed to change their institution.

The candidate will have to take admission in the institution concerned within the stipulated time period to complete the admission process, that is, from September 8, 2021, till September 12, 2021. It must be noted that the institutions will have to facilitate students on their request, who have not been able to select institution through their login ID in the portal. The admission process by the institutions will have to be completed within September 8, 2021, and September 12, 2021.

The candidates must note that they will be able to change their preferred subject(s) at the time of admission and the institution concerned will have to update the same in the portal on the day of admission.

The institutions will have to publish vacancy position immediately after completion of admission process to facilitate those students who have not got admission in the institution opted for admission. It must be noted that the DARPAN admission portal may be reopened to facilitate the admission process for left out candidates, if required.
