CBSE Improvement Exam 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) provides another opportunity to the 10th, 12th Class Board Exam 2021 students who are not satisfied with the marks obtained by them. The CBSE has released the date sheet for CBSE Class 10, 12 compartment exam. This exam will also be conducted for the private, patrachar and second chance compartment candidates whose results have not been declared on the basis of the marks tabulation policy due to the non-availability of yearlong assessment details.

The CBSE Class 10th, 12th candidates willing to appear for the compartment exam must check the date sheets for the exams by logging in to the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.

The CBSE Class 10th compartment exam candidates must note that for Class 10, the exam will commence on August 25, 2021, with Information Technology and will continue till September 8, 2021. Mathematics Standard and Mathematics Basic are the subjects to be held on the last day. The candidates must note that all the exams will begin from 10.30 AM and answer books will be distributed between 10 to 10.15 AM. The question papers will be distributed to the candidates at 10.15 AM.

As for the CBSE 12th compartment exam 2021, the candidates must note that the exam will begin from August 25, 2021, with English Core. The exam will end on September 15, 2021, and Home Science is scheduled to take place on the last day. The candidates must note that after the distribution of the answer books, the candidates will be given 15 minutes for reading the question paper and the exams will start from 10.30 AM.

The compartment exams will be held for the following category of students:

1) The students who are not satisfied with the marks awarded based on the policy of tabulation will be given an opportunity to appear in the exams. The marks scored in the later exams will be considered as final.

2) The students who are not able to meet the qualifying criteria in one subject and placed in compartment category.

3) For the private, patrachar and second chance compartment students.

4) The students of Class 12 and Class 10 are given an opportunity to improve their performance only in one subject in compartment exams. Better of the two marks obtained in the subject will be considered for declaration of the results.
