It is most important that the CBSE class 10 and class 12 board exam candidates must not feel too much pressure on them. They must follow some simple tips in order to prepare for the upcoming board exams.

Here are some simple tips that the CBSE class 10 and class 12 board exam students must follow so that they can prepare better and score high marks in the board exams:

1) Time management - The most important thing before the board exams is time management. There are so many subjects to study. However, preparing for all the subjects is not going to be difficult if a timetable is prepared. In the timetable, a fixed time should be allotted for every subject. If a student follows the timetable, it helps them to keep updated with the syllabus. Time for breaks should also be allotted in the timetable otherwise it can be very strenuous on the part of the students.

2) Eat healthy to stay healthy - Staying healthy is the most important thing during the entire course of board exams. The CBSE class 10 and class 12 students are advised to consume healthy food. It is preferable to have at least four meals a day. The board exam candidates must remember that everything will go down the drain if they fall sick during the exams.

3) Solving previous years' question papers - This will help the CBSE board exam candidates to get an idea about the question pattern. The students can also focus on the important topics from the previous question papers. Solving the question papers of previous years also help the students to manage their time in solving the papers.

4) Sleep well - The CBSE class 10 and class 12 candidates must note that without a proper night's sleep, they will not be able to concentrate on studies. The candidates must sleep for six to eight hours which will refresh their minds and will help them to concentrate better on the board exam preparations.

5) For better concentration - For better concentrations, the students must avoid studying at a long stretch. The students should take small breaks in between their studies. This will help to clear their minds. The students can also try meditation for better concentration.
