LPG rates with effect from October 1: This is how much you pay for commercial & domestic LPG cylinders now
LPG gas cylinder price with effect from October 1: State-run oil marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corp (IOC) raised the retail prices of commercial LPG (sold in 19 kg cylinders) with effect from October 1, 2023. However, the prices of domestic LPG (14.2 kg cylinders) were left unchanged at existing levels.
LPG gas refill price with effect from October 1, 2023: State-run oil marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) revised the retail prices of commercial LPG—sold in 19-kilogram cylinders—by Rs 202-209 in the four metros with effect from October 1, 2023, while keeping the rates applicable to domestic LPG—sold in 14.2-kg cylinders—unchanged.
A review of the prices listed on the Indian Oil Corporation portal (iocl.com) showed that commercial LPG refills was made dearer by Rs 209 per cylinder (19 kg) in New Delhi and by Rs 202 in Mumbai.
