How does WhatsApp ticket service function?

With the introduction of this facility, passengers on the Airport Express Line will be able to buy tickets through a WhatsApp chatbot-based QR code using their smartphones. This feature is expected to make travel more seamless for national and international passengers arriving at or departing from the airport using AEL. The WhatsApp chatbot service is available in both English and Hindi.
