SBI Q4 Results: Standalone net profit rose 83% to Rs 16,695 crore; Rs 11.30 dividend declared

SBI, the leading PSU banking institution, posted 29% rise in net interest income Rs 40,393 crore for Q4. Meanwhile, the bank’s provisions (other than tax) and contingencies fell sharply by 54% to Rs 3,316 crore for Q4 when compared to same period last year.
