India 360: TCS and Infosys take strict steps against employees leaving their jobs

TCS and Infosys, the country's top two IT companies, have taken this big step after getting upset over the job losses. These companies have motivated employees to come back with unconventional strategies. Infosys, one of the top 5 Indian IT firms, has imposed a new rule for all resigned employees. They cannot work with the ‘named competitors’ for 6 months, if their clients are the same as that of Infosys. Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate or NITES has filed a complaint against this unfair rule.
