D2C brand Mamaearths parent company Honasa Consumer Ltd gets IPO nod from Sebi

Honasa Consumer, the parent company of D2C brand Mamaearth, has received the go-ahead from Sebi for its initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to raise Rs 400 crore through the IPO. The IPO will also see some stakeholders sell their stakes partially.
