Mumbai-based real estate developer and construction company The Wadhwa Group has recorded over Rs 150 crore in housing sales during its Home Carnival season started a month ago in the city and its suburbs.

The real estate company has started Home Carnival on January 21 this year. 

During the festival, The Wadhwa Group's showcased its housing projects namely Ghatkopar Atmosphere in Mulund, Evergreen Heights at Parsik Nagar in Kalwa, Elite at Kolshet Road in Thane and Anmol Fortune at Goregaon.The showcased housing projects belonged to the premium housing segment category.

"...Home Carnival resulted in a huge success with over 2000 walk-ins across their properties showcased. Moreover, their overall sales and total booking value during the carnival exceeded Rs 150 crore," The Wadhwa Group said in a press release on Wednesday

 

Commenting on the increase in housing sales during the festival, The Wadhwa Group managing director Navin Makhija, said, “We are pleased to receive such an overwhelming response from our customers which reinforces our belief that there is a demand for the right product at the right price point. With demonetisation causing a temporary disruption in the market, this Home Carnival is an apt platform to showcase our projects to our target customers."

The real estate company's Home Carnival will end on February 28 this year.
