There are a few important corporate developments lined up for shareholders on Tuesday.  Nestle India, Infosys will offer dividends of Rs 110 per share and Rs 15 stock a piece respectively, while Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has also fixed October 26, 2021 as ex-date for stock split into 1:1 ratio. Meanwhile, ex-date for all these developments is October 26.

This is the fourth dividend IT giant Infosys has announced between May 2020 and October 2021, showed Stock Edge . Headquartered in Bengaluru, the IT conglomerate had fixed record date for final dividend of Rs 9.5 per share on June 1, 2020. October 26, 2020 and June 1, 2021, were other two record dates or dividend of Rs 12 per share and RS 15 per share respectively.  

Nestle India, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, has also announced as many as 5 dividends between last year and this year. The board of Nestle India has set October 26 as ex-date and October 27 as record date for Rs 110 per share to its shareholders. As per the same data, the ex-date for final dividend of Rs 61 was announced by the FMCG giant June 1, 2021. It was followed by interim dividend of Rs 135 per shares, the record date for which was November 2, 2021. The Nestle India also set May 1, 2021 as record dates for interim dividend of Rs 25 per share and final dividend of Rs 65 per share.  

Meanwhile, Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has fixed Wednesday, 27th October. Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd Shareholders in their Extra-ordinary General Meeting, held on October 14, 2021, had approved the proposal of Issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. (i.e. One (1) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- (Post Sub division) each for every One (1) Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- (Post Sub division) each to be held as on the record date). The Company has fixed Wednesday as the record date for allotment of bonus shares.
