HealthCARE360 is a comprehensive platform for healthcare providers to engage with patients and manage their practice. The solution includes a symptom checker residing on the Facebook profile page of registered medical practitioners or medical service providers. Medical practitioners can now invest and own their platform as against leveraging 3rd party marketplace platforms to market their specialisations.

“Its quite easy and intuitive to use since its on Facebook” explained G V Prasad at the inauguration ceremony today. “We do everything digital these days and there is nothing that is not online, these days and I think healthcare is come to the party a little late, its great that it is come in” added Prasad.

HealthCARE360 was started with a vision to allow Primary Care providers leverage cloud and the latest in digital to improve the patient-caregiver bond by offering a more accessible, personalized & one-to-one experience to their patients. The makers of HealthCare360 take pride in their understanding of the Patient-Provider relationship and have identified some often neglected but critical pain points along the patient journey, which they believe are pivotal to achieving the above-mentioned outcomes.

Bringing in a retail-like experience, to the Health Care sector was always a dream to achieve, ever since Vinod Reddy (Founder & CEO HealthCare360) had successfully built and launched the e-ticketing platform for Indian Railways in its early digitization plans. (now popular as IRCTC portal).

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM), while addressing the nation from Delhi's iconic Red Fort on the occasion of India's 74th Independence Day. The NDHM aims to create a digital ecosystem where every Indian will be given a health ID with a digital health record. The electronic health records of an individual can be accessed across systems with consent and they can be updated as and when the person accesses healthcare. The Health ID is therefore expected to immensely boost secure platforms like HealthCare360.

Over 90% of India’s poorest have little or at times no healthcare access. Over a hundred million people are pushed into poverty annually due to health. However, given Prasad’s emphasis and encouragement to serve the poor, HealthCare360 pledges to transform healthcare access to poor by enabling the urban-rural connect through this digital patient experience platform. This pledge 1% is an easy way to leverage a portion of their future success to jointly support non-profit healthcare consulting services along with registered medical practitioners across India.

Most of the 620 million rural Indians lack access to basic health care facilities. In addition, poor Indian villagers spend most of their out-of-pocket health expenses on travel to the specialty hospitals in the city and for staying in the city along with their escorts. HealthCare360 and its telemedicine may turn out to be the cheapest, as well as the fastest, way to bridge the rural–urban health divide.
