In a bid to offer pocket-friendly voice call packages to pre-paid subscribers, Tata Docomo announced on Tuesday new unlimited local and STD call plans starting at Rs 148 to Rs 246 for pre-paid customers in Mumbai.

The unlimited calling plan provides pre-pay customers unrestrained voice bandwidth both within and outside of the network coupled with data (on select packs), the company said in a press release.  

“Our unlimited plans are devised to offer maximum value in terms of voice and data to all our customers as per their requirements. With unlimited talk time and abundant data at best available prices, our unlimited plans will suit the ever-increasing demands of our customers to stay connected,” Tata Teleservices' vice president-consumer business operations Jamshed Gilani, said in a statement.

Pre-paid customers can get Tata Docomo's new plan at Rs 148 for unlimited STD and local calls to any other network with 1GB data for 14 days. 

Similarly, customers can buy its another new plan at Rs 246 for unlimited STD and local calls to any other network with 2GB data for 28 days. 

The telecom company has also launched unlimited calling plan for its customers calling onto same network at Rs 103 with 500 MB data for 28 days.
