Tata Digital Limited gets CCI approval to acquire over 64% stake in Supermarket Grocery Supplies-check details
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Tata Digital Limiteds acquisition of up to 64.3% of the total share capital of Supermarket Grocery Supplies Private Ltd (SGS), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs said on Thursday.

It also permitted SGS’ sole control over Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited.
