The man needs no introduction and his experience and expertise as an entrepreneur justify it. Much before getting the on-field exposure, Mr. Khosla gained theoretical knowledge from the best institutions in the world. He completed his B.Com (H) in 2014 from the well-known Shri Ram College of Commerce in New Delhi. To pursue further studies, Rohit Khosla moved to the UK to complete his MBA in Entrepreneurship from the coveted Oxford University.

As per his experience, Rohit Khosla says that entrepreneurship is a vast field with a lot to learn and earn. Speaking about the importance of entrepreneurship education, he said, “Education in the area of entrepreneurship helps people in developing their skills and knowledge. It can even make it easy for the aspiring business minds to start, organise and manage their startups or SMEs.” More so, it needs to be understood that educational institutions do not assure access to employment opportunities.

For any layman, education, training and work experience are enough to walk on the path of entrepreneurship. Adding to it, Mr. Khosla says that for any entrepreneur to

succeed in the market, innovation is the key. “To foster the growth of the nation’s economy, one needs to enhance the level of creativity and bring newness to work. One needs to understand that inculcating the latest trends in work operations is significant to succeed in the business sector”, adds Mr. Khosla. Keeping the latest innovations in mind, Rohit suggests that one must have a good hold over digital media.

He furthermore stated that every startup and business organisation must include digitalization to stay in the race. The entrepreneur began his journey in the business world after returning to India by taking forward his family business - R.K. International Group. Under this company and his leadership, Rohit Khosla is running many other parent companies including New Delhi Medical Centre, Gulf Visa Services, Khosla Travels Pvt. Ltd., New Star Medical Centre, Gulf Medical Centre, Khosla Transport Company, R.K. International Skill Development Centres and Khosla Exim Pvt. Ltd. While concluding, Mr. Khosla revealed that budding businessmen can learn business lessons through YouTube, podcasts and other webinars.
