Pharmaceutical company Remedium Lifecare has received fresh from UAE-based company. According to an exchange filing, the company has received an export order of Rs 169 core from Pharmyka General Trading LLC.
"We wish to inform you that the Company has received Export order of Rupees One Sixty Nine Crore (Rs.l69 Crore) from PHARMYKA GENERAL TRADING LLC, a Pharmaceutical Company Situated in UAE," the exchange filing reads.
Earlier, the company informed exchanges that its board of directors will meet soon to consider the acquisition of a manufacturing facility near Hyderabad. According to the filing, the facility produces intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry.
The company also said that the trading window will be closed from today and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the meeting.
