Airtel

In a notification on stock exchanges, Airtel said, “Bharti Airtel, India's largest telecommunications service provider today announced that it will begin selling Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), which adds built-in cellular to the world's number one watch, with pre-registrations starting May 4, 2018 and availability on May 11th, 2018.”

Customers can pre-register on Airtel website. With cellular service, customers can go with just their Apple Watch and stay connected to the people and information they care about.

To help Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) customers get started, Airtel will also offer a special introductory cellular trial.

To activate cellular service with Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), customers first need to update iPhone to iOS 11.3 and watchOS 4.3, then tap Settings on iPhone > General> About and follow the prompt to update to the latest carrier settings.

Reliance Jio

Customers will be able to pre-order Apple Watch Series 3 cellular beginning from May 04 at www.Jio.com, Reliance Digital and Jio Store.

Not only this, to unleash the true potential of Apple watch, Jio has also announced “JioEverywhereConnect” service. With this service Jio users can use the same Jio number on both iPhone and Apple Watch Series 3.

RJio said, "Continuing with its endeavour to make disruptive offerings accessible to India. Jio will offer the “JioEverywhereConnect” to iPhone users at no extra cost. This superior service of the same Jio number on two devices comes to users at the price of one subscription."

Anyone who pre-books the Apple Watch Series 3 Cellular with a Jio connection, will not only be the first one to get the watch (limited stocks available), but will also have the option to get a priority home delivery, where the watch and the Jio service (including Mobile Number Portability) will be home delivered, and setup for Jio valued customers.

Keeping up with its market-leadership in industry-defining tariffs, Reliance Jio will not charge anything additional for this supreme service where the subscriber’s Jio number doubles up and works on both the devices – the iPhone and the Apple Watch, providing the true freedom of cellular. The Jio user can continue to be on any of the existing Jio plans.

Unlike other operators, Jio is extending this benefit for both its prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
