Shares of Reliance Industries surged nearly 5% in late trade on Friday. At 1406 hours the shares of the company were trading at Rs 1327.50 per piece, up 4.58% or Rs 58.15 on BSE.
Today is the last date for Reliance Jio's over 100 million subscribers to opt for Jio Prime membership that allows them to continue using 4G at subsidised rates by paying Rs 99 for a year.
