Quick Touch Technologies to foray into refurbished

Considering the growing popularity of the refurbished segment, information Technology (IT) firm Quick Touch Technologies has decided to foray into its fresh acquisition. Through an exchange filing, the company has announced that it has acquired the Grenew FZE.
According to the filing, Grenew FZE has presence in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore and other emerging economies.
"The Board of Directors of Quicktouch Technologies Limited (“the Company”), in its meeting held on Thrusday, February 29, 2024, have approved the acquisition of 100% stake in Grenew FZE, a Company incorporate in UAE," the company said in an exchange filing.
Grenew FZE specializes in electronics refurbishment and electronic waste (E-Waste) recycling. At present the Company is in the process of setting the plant for commencing its main business operation.
Earlier, the information technology (IT) firm Quick Touch Technologies informed the exchanges that its board of directors has approved an allotment of 59.50 lakh fully convertible warrants to promoter and non-promoter categories.
