Sintex Industries Q4 results 2022: net loss at Rs 119 cr

Textiles maker Sintex Industries Ltd on Monday reported narrowing of consolidated net loss to Rs 119.30 crore for fourth quarter ended March 2022.

The company had incurred a net loss of Rs 144.05 crore during January-March period a year ago, Sintex Industries said in a regulatory filing.

Revenue from operations was up at Rs 1,028.49 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 721.62 crore in the corresponding period of previous fiscal year.

Total expenses were at Rs 1,189.41 crore as against Rs 894.06 crore.

For the fiscal year ended March 2022, it reported a net profit of Rs 573.82 crore as compared to Rs 1,306.41 crore profit in 2020-21.

Revenue from operations was Rs 3,059.70 crore in 2021-22. This is 80.43 per cent higher than Rs 1,695.71 crore in the previous year. 

Sintex Industries shares ended at Rs 7.82 on the BSE, down by  Ts 0.41  or 4.98 per cent from the Friday closing price.

Dhanuka Agritech Q4 results 2022: profit up 12% to Rs 54 cr

 Agrochemical firm Dhanuka Agritech Ltd on Monday reported 12 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 54.40 crore for fourth quarter of 2021-22.

It had clocked a net profit of Rs 48.64 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to Rs 330.48 crore in January-March period of last fiscal year from Rs 284.30 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Last fiscal year, net profit fell to Rs 208.89 crore from Rs 210.55 crore in 2020-21.

Total income increased to Rs 1,511.36 crore from Rs 1,421.17 crore in 2020-21.

Sintex Industries shares ended at Rs 717.65 on the BSE, down by Rs 10.15 or 1.4 per cent from the Friday closing price.
