It seems there is more trouble ahead for IndusInd Bank as a PIL has been filed in Delhi High Court.

A public interest litigation has been filed against the promoters of IndusInd Bank in Delhi High Court by advocate Mehek Maheshwari.

The petitioner by means of PIL has raised questions over being 'fit and proper' of the promoters of IndusInd Bank.

How come the promoters facing serious allegations are worthy of running a bank, questioned the PIL.

The PIL also questioned the rule of promoter share of 26% in private banks as said by RBI.
