Xiaomi has announced the launch of Mi LED TV 4 PRO in the offline market exclusively with Vijay Sales, India’s leading electronics retail chain, which will be making this 55-inch ultra-thin LED TV available in over 80 of its stores, said a Xiaomi statement, adding that the Mi LED TV PRO will be available across all Vijay Sales stores in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and Delhi NCR from June 7, 2019.

Xiaomi launched its Mi LED TVs in the offline market in 2018, and its flagship Mi LED TV 4 PRO is also making its way to the offline market now.

Mi LED TV 4 PRO boasts of features like a 55” LED display with a 3840 x 2160 4K resolution, a 10-bit HDR panel, a minimalist design with an ultra-thin 4.9mm profile, making it the world’s thinnest LED TV. The Mi LED produces vivid images with vibrant colours and comes with a dual 16W stereo speaker set-up boasting DTS-HD surround sound for an immersive cinematic experience. 

The TV is said to be equipped with a unique voice search feature to conveniently search and discover consumers’ preferred content across DTH as well as online content. It also comes with Xiaomi's own PatchWall interface specially designed for India, bringing together more than 14+ different content partners, both local and global, resulting in over 850,000+ hours of content, across the largest library of Video-On-Demand providers, the statement said. 

Some of the top content partners include Hotstar, Hungama Play, Voot, Eros Now, Zee5, Alt Balaji along with new content partners like HOOQ, EpicON, Republic, Bloomberg, SunNXT, Flickstree, and Viu. Powered by Android TV, users will be able to install desired apps on Google Play, watch YouTube videos and fully utilize features such as Chromecast built-in and Google Assistant, it added.

Xiaomi, India’s top smartphone brand and smart TV brand, has grown to capture nearly 20% market share within the offline segment and by end of 2019 it aims to expand to over 10,000 retail outlets which include Mi Homes, Mi Stores, Mi Preferred Partners, and newly introduced Mi Studios.
