LTIMindtree announces 2000% interim dividend; know the record date
LTIMindtree will pay an interim dividend of 2000 per cent, or Rs 20 per equity share of Rs 1 each.
LTIMindtree Interim Dividend: Large-cap IT company LTIMindtree Ltd. on Wednesday (October 18) announced an interim dividend of 2000 per cent, or Rs 20 per equity share of Rs 1 each. The company also announced its second-quarter results on Wednesday.
Record Date
"The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose name will appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the Depositories as on Friday, October 27, 2023, being the ‘Record Date’ fixed for the purpose," LTIMindtree said in a BSE filing on Wednesday.
LTIMindtree Q2 Results
In its Q2 report on Wednesday, the company reported a rise of 0.90 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,161.8 quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). The company's revenue in the second quarter jumped to Rs 8,905.4 crore from Rs 8,720.1 crore in the previous quarter.
