Reliance Jio has triggered fierce fight for subscribers in the telecom market, leading to launch of many cheap offers and recharge plans by companies so that they can remain relevant in the competition. Gone are the days when getting data on phone was a costly. Now, companies are offering plans even under Rs 100.

Jio offers the most affordable pack at Rs 98 in which it provides 2GB data and unlimited calls and 300 messages and additionally complimentary subscription to Jio app. Earlier, this pack was valid for only 14 days and now the validity has been extended to 28 days.

Vodafone's Rs.95 prepaid plan is offering full talk time with 500MB data. The validity of the pack is for 28 days. However, the subscribers will not get any free messages in this pack.

Bharti Airtel offers three plans under Rs 100 one is Rs 98 special data pack plan which offers 3GB data with the validity of 28 days and Rs 95 which offers full talk time of Rs 95 with 500 MB 3/4G data. Airtel also offers power pack at Rs 92 with 6 GB data. There are no unlimited voice calls or messages under these packs. 

BSNL’s Rs 78 plan offers 20GB with the limit of using 2 GB data per day for the entire validity period. Under this plan, users get 2G/3G data benefits. The plan also offers unlimited voice calling within India. The validity of this pack is for 10 days only.

When these three packs are compared, Reliance Jio is clearly offering the best plan under Rs 100 and wins this competition. Almost all major telecos have extended combo plans, including unlimited calling, data packs, along with free messages to compete with the Reliance Jio.
