Infosys appoints Jayesh Sanghrajka as its interim CFO from Nov 17
In a regulatory filing today, Infosys said the Board is in the process of selecting the next CFO. The current CFO, MD Ranganath will step down on November 16, 2018.
Indian software services exporter Infosys Ltd has appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka as the interim finance head, effective from November 17, according to a company statement.
In a regulatory filing today, Infosys said the Board is in the process of selecting the next CFO. The current CFO, MD Ranganath will step down on November 16, 2018.
Jayesh Sanghrajka has spent 13 years in Infosys over two stints and has performed various leadership roles in the finance function. He is currently Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Infosys. Sanghrajka has over 20 years of experience and is a Chartered Accountant, said the statement.
