Hawkins Cookers Dividend: Hawkins Cookers on May 24, Wednesday declared a dividend of Rs 100 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 for fiscal 2022-23.
In its filing to BSE, the company said, "Recommended payment of dividend of Rs.100 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, to the shareholders –subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023."
Hawkins Cookers said that the said dividend shall be paid latest by September 8, 2023.
The company's shares price opened at Rs 6,409.55 today and dropped to Rs 6,375.00 at the close.
