The link road is also anticipated to help commuters from Sectors 75, 76, Mirzapur, and Neemka in Faridabad in addition to Sector 8.

53 km of access-controlled road is being built by the NHAI from the DND Flyway to Sohna. The link road to the expressway will be connected to this Sector 8 underpass.

Faridabad is expanding at an incredible rate, and the area is quickly becoming a hive of the most successful residential real estate enterprises.

Catching on to the trend, SVC & LAHARI, a top developer and construction company based in Hyderabad, launched its new housing project in Faridabad, called Urban Blossom on March 30, 2023, on the auspicious day of Ram Navami.

SVC & LAHARI while announcing its mega project in the heart of Delhi-NCR's rising real estate market said that the new project in Faridabad is spread across 5.01 acres of residential plots & greenery and 0.20 acres of commercial space.

The company in a release said, "Urban blossom, as the name suggests, is based on nature's theme and will have plenty of lush green spaces, parks, temples, kids’ playing areas alongside modern amenities & facilities."

"The project is strategically located and is just 2 mins from Delhi Agra NH2 and NHPC metro station. The greenfield project is also conveniently linked to South Delhi," it added.

Many factors, including accessibility to South Delhi and Gurugram, an increase in commercial and industrial activity, population growth, and the relocation of numerous major companies, all contribute to Faridabad's growth. Eventually, this is leading to an increase in demand for premium residential, business, and retail spaces.

Suren Raj Kush, Marketing Head (Urban Blossom) SVC & Lahari Group said, "The project is perfect for someone who would like to live a calm and tranquil life in the midst of a city, without compromising on modern lifestyle and connectivity. With Urban Blossom, we are set to give an elevated and enriching experience to the people of NCR. It has been crafted in a way to naturally enable residents to rejuvenate without running to the Himalayas every time."

There is a strong demand in the real estate sector, notably in the residential segment of Delhi-NCR.

Delhi-National Capital Region continues to be the top-ranked destination for Indians in the UAE looking to park their hard-earned savings for a property back home, according to an earlier report in PTI.

According to Anarock survey, Mumbai, the National Capital Region, and Bengaluru are the largest marketplaces in the nation in terms of sales volume.
