Essel Group celebrates 90 years of completion today
Essel Group will celebrate its 90 years of completion on Sunday evening in New Delhi and the event will be attended by prime minister Narendra Modi, president Pranab Mukherjee and railway minister Suresh Prabhu, among others.
Essel Group which owns entertainment and media news venture along with business in finance and infrastructure is celebrating its 90 years of successful completion on Sunday.
The celebration event will be held at Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday evening.
"It is a moment of pride for us to see the group grow from a Mandi in Adampur to a multi-billion dollar conglomerate even after having gone through five downturns. We look forward to serving the nation for the coming years and taking India to the world," Essel Group chairman and Rajya Sabha's member of parliament Dr Subhash Chandra said on Essel Group website.
"Greatful to honorable President Shri Pranab Mukherjee for accepting our request to participate & bless Essel Group for completion of 90 years," he said on Twitter.
The event will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Pranab Mukherjee, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu among others from Indian politics.
"Modiji, I, my family & entire Essel group looks forward to host you. Thanks for your wishes Sir, it will be a privilege to have you with us," Chandra said.
