Dabur Dividend 2022: Dividend Dabur India Limited has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 250%) for the financial year 2022-23. "The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26 October 2022, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (250% on par value of Re 1 each) aggregating to Rs 442.94 crores. The Company has fixed 4 November 2022 as record date for the payment of interim dividend," the company has said in its filing to the exchanges.

Final dividend of Rs 2.70 per share (270 % on par value of Rs 1 each) for the financial year 2021-22 aggregating to Rs 478.37 acres has been paid during the quarter ended 30 September 2022. 

Homegrown FMCG major Dabur India Ltd on Wednesday reported a 2.85 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 490.86 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 505.31 crore in the July-September quarter a year ago, Dabur India said in a regulatory filing.

However, its revenue from operations rose 6 per cent to Rs 2,986.49 crore during the quarter under review against Rs 2,817.58 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Dabur India's total expenses increased 8.94 per cent to Rs 2,471.28 crore in the latest September quarter. The same stood at Rs 2,268.47 crore last year.

Dabur shares on Tuesday ended at Rs 532.50, down by Rs 4.35 or 0.81 per cent.
