Concor dividend: State-run logistics ocmpany Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) on Thursday announced a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2023 — a 40 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 5 per share.

"The Board has declared a Final Dividend of Rs 2/ - (40 per cent) per equity share of face value of Rs 5/ each for the year 2022-23 which is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The above Final Dividend is in addition to Interim Dividend at 40 per cent (i.e. Rs.2/- per share of Rs.5/- each), 2nd Interim Dividend at 60 per cent (i.e. Rs.3/- per share of Rs.5/- each) and 3rd Interim Dividend at 80 per cent (i.e. Rs 4/- per share of Rs 5/- each) already paid during the year," the company said in an exchange filing.

Concor's net profit or profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter ended March 2023 came in at Rs 278.5 crore. For the fiscal year, its net profit came in at Rs 1,169.1 crore.

Concor's revenue from operations for the March quarter came in at Rs 2,166 crore. For the fiscal year, its revenue stood Rs 8,103.4 crore.
