Tariff war among the telecom service providers has forced them to keep coming up with innovative prepaid data plans.  Airtel is now offering  Rs 9 prepaid plan, which offers  100 MBs of 3G/4G data for 1 day with free unlimited local, STD and roaming voice calls. Subscribers of this plan also get 100 free SMS. On the other hand, Vodafone's Rs 21 prepaid plan offers unlimited 3G/4G data for one hour.

Airtel also has a Rs 93 prepaid plan in which  it offers 1GB of 3G/4G data with a validity of 28 days. There is no daily data cap and comes with unlimited local, STD, roaming voice calls and 100 SMS per day. This offer is for selected users. Other users get 1GB of 3G/4G data with a validity 10 days along with the same benefits in the Rs. 93 prepaid plan.

Airtel's Rs 169 plan offers 1GB of 4G/3G data per day for 28 days on Airtel handsets. Other users get 14 days validity. The plan comes with unlimited local, STD, roaming voice calls and 100 SMS per day.  Airtel's Rs 199 recharge plan, valid for 28 days, offers 1.4GB of 4G/3G data per day with unlimited local, STD, roaming voice calls per day. On the other hand, Vodafone's Rs. 199 plan, valid for 28 days, offers 1.4 GB of 3G/4G data per day with unlimited local, STD as well as roaming voice calls a day.

Airtel’s Rs. 349 plan provides 84GB 4G data with unlimited Local, STD, roaming calls and offers 100 local and STD SMSes every day. The data use is capped at 3GB per day for 28 days. On the other hand, Vodafone’s Rs 349 plan also provides 84GB 4G data. Users can get maximum 3GB data per day for 28 days. This prepaid  plan also offers unlimited local, STD and roaming voice calls.
