Telecom major, BSNL on Monday announced the launch of its unlimited calling scheme to local BSNL mobile phones and STD calls at Rs 99.

“…BSNL has introduced Unlimited local / STD BSNL to BSNL with 300 MB data for only Rs.99/- with validity of 28 days for its prepaid mobile customers,” the company said.

This scheme would be applicable to Kolkata TD, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Gujrat, MP, Chatisgar, and Maharashtra & Rajasthan circles only. However, the calling rates in other circles would vary from Rs 119 to Rs 149, the BSNL said.

The company also extended the offer to non-BSNL customers for Rs 399.

“BSNL has also introduced new combo STV with Unlimited local / STD BSNL to any network with 1GB data for only Rs.339/- with validity of 28 days on Pan-India basis,” the company added.

On Friday the company had made voice calling free along with free data usage to its prepaid customers for Rs 99 per month.

Director (CM) BSNL board, R.K. Mittal said, “These new combo STV’s will fulfill the present need of data of each user and will enhance usability of Internet by BSNL subscribers. Tariff offered by BSNL are most competitive and is committed to provide affordable & excellent services to our esteemed customers.”
