As the competition among the telecom service providers gets fiercer, state-run telecom service provider BSNL has revised its prepaid data plans. The revised prepaid plans now start from Rs 14.  The Rs 198 plan offers 2.5GB data per day for a period of 24 days.  BSNL has also revised Rs 155 plan to provide 2GB daily data for 17 days. All the revised plans have increased data benefit. The validity period of all the STVs remains the same.

Under the Rs 14 plan, customers will now get 1GB data a day, up from 110MB of data.  The Rs 29 plan, will now offer 1 GB data for three days against earlier 150MB of data. Under the Rs 40 plan, BSNL now will offer 1GB data for five days, and Rs 57 prepaid plan now gives 1GB data for 21 days, according to Telecom Talk.

The Rs 68 plan will now offer 2GB data for five days against earlier 1GB data benefit. The Rs 78 plan now offers 4GB of 3G data for three days. The state-run telecom service provider adds free PRBT with the Rs 82 plan. The Rs 155 prepaid plan comes with 2GB data benefit per day for 17 days. The Rs 241 plan will now offer 7GB of data per day for 30 days, up from 2.7GB data for the same validity period, the report said.

The revised plans are applicable across the country. The revised plan will be continue till September 6, 2018. Reliance Jio this week unveiled Jio Oppo Monsoon Offer.  Jio users can get up to Rs. 4,900' worth of benefits. The offer is availabe on buying Oppo smartphones for both existing and new Jio subscribers. All the new 4G Oppo smartphones, except Realme 1 are eligible for the offer. 

Airtel's Rs. 149 prepaid plan now offers 1GB of data per day for 28 days and the Rs. 399 plan offers 1.4GB data for 84 days. The users will continue to get voice calls and 100 SMS messages per day.
