The Rs 349 recharge pack of BSNL gives 1GB internet data per day for a validity period of 54 days. Considering this, overall BSNL is offering a total 54GB data through the new pack.

Also the pack includes unlimited voice calls, alongside 100 free SMS per day.

One should remember unlike other telcos like Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular, the state-owned company has only 3G services available on their recharge pack, whereas the rivals provide both 3G and 4G network.

There are no 1GB data per day offer in RJio, however the company does have a prepaid recharge pack of same as BSNL of Rs 349.

Every now and then when telcos introduce new plan, it becomes necessary to compare with RJio plans, as the company has maintained it’s leadership in providing best offers with heavy data, cheap recharge pack and unlimited voice calls.

And RJio’s Rs 349 prepaid recharge has turned out to be better than what BSNL is providing under the same amount.

RJio’s Rs 349 pack gives 1.5GB data per day for a validity period of 70 days, hence giving a total 105GB data to their customers. Whereas BSNL is giving just half of what RJio is providing.

Further under RJio’s plan, a customer gets unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and a complimentary subscription for Jio Apps.

However, with the launch of new data packs BSNL has managed to stay afloat in telecom’s heavy data, unlimited voice calls market.

Apart from this, BSNL has also introduced three new recharge packs (Rs 118, Rs 379 and Rs 551)  for prepaid customers providing somewhat similar offers like its peers.

The state-owned company has taken advantage of Indian Premier League with a 153 GB mobile data pack for Rs 258 with a validity of 51 days.
