Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has announced the launch of Brigade Sanctuary, a new residential undertaking in Bengaluru spanning 14 acres along the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road. The joint development, featuring 1,275 units, is anticipated to generate a substantial revenue of approximately Rs 2,000 crore for the company.

Brigade Group, known for its commitment to environmental sustainability, plans to preserve over 500 trees within the project, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the natural landscape.

Bangalore-based real estate company Brigade Enterprises is set to embark on a significant residential project in the city, introducing Brigade Sanctuary, a sprawling development on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road. The housing project, a joint venture comprising 1,275 units, is poised to contribute a substantial revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore to the company's portfolio.

Brigade Group Managing Director, Pavitra Shankar, noted a remarkable increase in demand for premium residences in Bengaluru, particularly among millennials, citing a growing preference for homes and community living. The project, encompassing a total development area of approximately 2 million square feet, aligns with this demand trend.

In a commitment to environmental consciousness, Brigade Group plans to preserve over 500 trees within the project, emphasizing the company's dedication to maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape. Founded in 1986, Brigade has a rich history of developing projects across South Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi.

The company's extensive portfolio spans residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education segments, with over 275 completed buildings covering more than 80 million square feet of developed space since its inception.
