Ayodhya Ram Mandir Photos 2024: Ahead of the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony in Ayodhya, Havells has completed the project of lighting the Ram Mandir at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Complex in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

According to Parag Bhatnagar, President, Havells India, the company has used appropriate customized lighting products to meet different lighting effects which accentuate the unique architecture of the complex and Garbh Griha.

Speaking to Zee Business, Bhatnagar said that the Shri Ram Mandir lighting project presented unique challenges due to its intricate architecture and the need for customized lighting solutions. 

"The highlights include the careful design of lights for the Garbh Griha, in-ground luminaires for architectural elements, and bespoke step lights for the temple's marble steps. Overcoming these challenges, Havells achieved a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, marking significant milestones in lighting design," he added.

Other projects illuminated by Havells

Havells has been instrumental in illuminating monumental landmarks like Purana Qila in Delhi, Humayun's Tomb and other.

"Havells has a history of involvement in projects of grandeur similar to the Shri Ram Mandir. Havells has been instrumental in illuminating monumental landmarks, including the historic Purana Qila in Delhi, India. Collaborating with NBCC (India) Limited, the company has contributed significantly to the beautification of this historical fort. Additionally, Havells has left its mark on projects like the restoration of Humayun's Tomb and has been actively involved in providing lighting solutions for various historical monuments, memorials, and public transport hubs. The commitment extends further through the professional luminaires range, where Havells aims to enhance architectural spaces with tailored and innovative lighting solutions, emphasizing both aesthetics and functionality," Bhatnagar said.

Meanwhile, the company has announced that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2024 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 and payment of interim dividend to the shareholders.

The company also said that the record date to determine the entitlement of interim dividend, if any, declared by the board will February 1, 2024.
