The 5-star hotel may have facilities like wellness centre, which will offer meditation, vipassana and yoga. The company has also decided to lease out seven acres of its land for 66 years for building these hotels. The land will be leased in lieu of upfront payment. This means, the MADC will take the lease rent for 66 years in advance, said a DNA report.

The company is also planning to save on its electricity bills. For this, it is planning to lease out around three acres to a private company. The latter will install solar panels on the land to supply power to the airport for free.
