Just a few days after state-owned BSNL launched a new prepaid recharge pack priced at Rs 75, telecom-giant Bharti Airtel has also followed in its footsteps. However, Airtel has looked to make it even more attractive for customers. Airtel launched Rs 75 recharge pack has a longer validity period, SMS and unlimited calls. In short it offers much more than what BSNL is offering. Recently, BSNL lured customers in the sachet packs by rolling out Rs 75 recharge for a validity period of 2 week giving 10GB data and unlimited calls without any FUP limit.

Guess what! Airtel’s new Rs 75 recharge pack has a validity of 28 days and offers 300 minutes of free voice calls, which covers local, STD and outgoing roaming voice calls.

Furthermore, Airtel gives 100 SMS free along with 1GB of data for the entire validity period in 2G/3G/4G network.

This new Rs 75 pack is in direct competition against BSNL. The key benefit Airtel provides is the time period of the recharge pack, whereas BSNL gives 10GB data for entire 15 days without any restriction on calling.

Both the plans are good for feature phone users, however, in terms of data and calls BSNL beats Airtel.

Recently, Airtel also planned to take on Vodafone by launching a new Rs 47 recharge pack. These two plans have similarities like 7,500 seconds of voice calling benefits. Also it gives 500MB data in 2G/3G/4G and 50 SMS free for 28 days.
