Actor Daniel Craig is all set to ride the new Aston Martin 007 hypercar. The car maker has named its new £1.5 mn hypercar 'Valhalla', and as per the European media reports it will be driven by Daniel Craig on the silver screen in his upcoming 007 film. Valhalla name has been derived from the Viking legend warriors' paradise, which was reserved for the brave souls who lost their lives while fighting on the battleground.

Through its name 'Valhalla' the seven-decade tradition of naming the 007 Bond hypercars beginning with the word 'V' has been kept intact. This new Aston Martin hypercar would replace DB10, which was used in the last Bond flick Spectre. The new 007 Bond Car would be full of gadgets like the classic gadget, guns and ejector seat that a person can think of in fictional flicks. 

Another Aston Martin model that is slated to feature in the upcoming Bond flick in the 1987 Vantage, which was used in the Living Daylights. Coming back to the Valhalla hypercar, the new 007 Bond car will be powered by the turbocharged V6 petrol engine, 3.0-litre unit and battery-electric hybrid system. It will be the first Bond car to receive Aston Martin's new hybrid turbo V6 engine that marks the Aston Martin's return to in-house designed engines.
