Finally, the long wait for Maruti Suzuki's upcoming Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) XL6 is coming to an end. Reportedly, there is lot of excitement and eagerness among car enthusiasts to know more about the Maruti Suzuki XL6. Since Maruti Suzuki is India's largest car manufacturer, hence it is bound to create buzz in the market. Ahead of the much-awaited launch on August 21, Maruti Suzuki has released the sketch of the all new XL6. Here is what  the sketch of all new XL6 reveals and what the car manufacturer claims about this Ertiga-based 6-seater machine:-

Maruti Suzuki XL6

"The sketch reflects the aspirations of urban individuals who desire a lifestyle vehicle which delivers high on functionality as well," Maruti Suzuki said in a statement.

"Building on the NEXA values of pampering, global, innovative and excitement, the XL6 is bound to appeal customers who are looking to buy a premium 3-row vehicle," adds Maruti Suzuki.

Commenting on the design of the car, Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “Maruti Suzuki is ready to roll out
the next level of excitement with the XL6, a premium MPV, at NEXA showrooms across the country."

Srivastava adds, "Apart from the space and functionality that the customers desire for, the all new XL6 offers a blend of sporty design and premium interiors, which will help it in establishing
its niche in the MPV segment.”

Maruti Suzuki Sales Figures

Maruti Suzuki India on Thursday declared its July 2019 Sales Figures on Thursday and revealed that it sold a total of 109,264 units in July 2019. This includes 98,210 units in domestic market, 1,796 units of domestic OEM sales and 9,258 units of exports.

Earlier, in the month of June 2019, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) sold a total of 124,708 units.

Maruti Suzuki in Quarter I (April-June) FY 2019-20 had sold a total of 402,594 units in the April-June quarter of FY 2019-20. This includes 369,985 units in the domestic market, 4,496 units of domestic OEM sales and 28,113 units of exports.
