Honda has launched its latest offering, the BR-V, on Thursday. The company has priced the car at Rs 8.75 lakh ex-showroom New Delhi that goes up to Rs 11.99 lakh. The diesel version of the car begins at Rs 9.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 12.99 lakh.

Honda BRV will be offered with two engine options - a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel. 

While the petrol mill will be offered with two transmission options - a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed CVT automatic. Delivery will begin immediately. 

The 7-seater compact SUV, Honda BRV, will rival Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta and Nissan Tarrano. 

Honda said that the company plans to expand its dealerships to 340 by the end of this financial year.
