Hero MotoCorp is all set to roll out its new variant in its popular XPulse range of motorbikes. The upcoming dual-purpose motorcycle, its four-valve version, is named as the Hero XPulse 200 4V.

The two-wheeler major teased its upcoming XPulse range on its social medial handle. The Hero Xpulse 200 is a popular adventure motorcycle in India. Similarly, it is the most affordable dual-purpose motorcycle currently on sale here.  

"The Hero XPulse 200 BS6 is designed for the adventurous at heart! The Hero XPulse 200 BS6 bike is a cross roader bike with which you can travel through muddy terrains and dirt roads with relative ease. Made especially to hit the off-beat roads, this cross roading bike is capable of off-roading in the city traffic as well," the company mentioned.  

The Hero XPulse 200 BS6 comes with a set of great features and specifications at an affordable price range. The self-start ABS Disc Brake is priced at Rs 123,150 (ex-price showroom). It is available in white, matte green, matte grey, sports red, panther black colours. 

It is an ideal companion on the road – be it a day trip or a longer ride. The BS6 version Hero XPulse 200 on-road price is easy on your pocket. The XPulse 200 on road price in India differs from city to city, Hero MotoCorp mentioned.

The Hero XPulse 200 specifications and features include a 200-cc engine with 17.8 bhp power for stress-free cruising, 21” front wheel and 18” rear wheel with dual-purpose tyres, 220 mm high ground clearance, precise power delivery through programmed Fuel Injection (FI) technology, dual-purpose tyres, turn-by-turn navigation, etc. Also, the Hero XPulse 200 BS6 comes with full LED headlamps as well as smartphone connectivity with call alerts.

The Hero XPulse 200 BS6 engine is fuel-efficient with an oil-cooled, 4 strokes, 2 valves, single-cylinder engine that makes 13.3 KW/17.8 PS at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 16.45 Nm at 6,500 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed transmission, a suspension of 37 mm telescopic front and a 10-step rider - adjustable rear mono-shock. The bike has 21-inch and 18-inch spoked wheels at the front and rear respectively. It comes with discs at the front and rear paired with single-channel brakes - ABS (Anti-lock Braking System).
