Automotive giant Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.) has crossed a significant production milestone. Mahindra recently rolled out the 1 millionth vehicle from each of its 3 automotive manufacturing plants in Chakan, Zaheerabad and Haridwar. "With this, the Automotive manufacturing facilities in these three locations joined the 1 million club along with the company’s Nashik and Kandivali plants," a company statement said.

"Mahindra has reaffirmed its strong commitment to the Government of India’s ‘Make-in-India’ initiative," the statement added.

Speaking on this milestone, Rajan Wadhera, President - Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “This achievement is a significant moment in Mahindra’s automotive journey.
